“On a Kenya wildlife safari, every experience is freshly minted. Its core beauty is the unpredictability: you’ll never have the same game drive twice. This guarantees that every fleeting moment carries the thrill of the unknown, making each safari a truly personalized and unique journey.”

The five-day Kenya wildlife safari will cover the Maasai Mara, famous for the wildebeest migration, Lake Nakuru National Park is known for huge droves of flamingos, and Lake Naivasha. The Maasai Mara is the most revered safari destination in Africa. The reserve is situated in southwest Kenya and is one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves. Together with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, they form Africa’s most diverse, incredible, and spectacular ecosystems and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing.

Kenya Wildlife Safaris

A beautiful wildlife haven” On the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland, lays the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park. You will enjoy and adore the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges.  Lake Naivasha is Rift Valley’s highest lake (1884 meters above sea level) and extends like a vast, sunlit sea. Visit the magnificent Hell’s Gate National Park by cycling and exploring the epic gorges with a community guide who resides near the park.

Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve

The 5-day Kenya wildlife safari begins in Nairobi after breakfast, when our professional driver-guide picks you up from your hotel. We will then depart for the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, with a brief stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. This stop typically takes less than 30 minutes, giving you time to learn about the formation of the Rift Valley and take photos.

We will then continue the journey with another short stop in Narok Town—well known for its Maasai culture—for last-minute shopping and a bathroom break. This stop usually takes no more than 20 minutes. We expect to arrive in the Maasai Mara in time for lunch, followed by an evening wildlife safari drive.

The picturesque crossing of the Mara River is an adventure to write home about. In October, the migration starts heading back to Serengeti National Park. Take note, although the sequence of the wildebeest movement is well known, the exact timing of the migration is unpredictable, as animals essentially follow the rain looking for emerging lush pastures
