Booking a Tour

We strive to create a positive non-competitive group dynamic that helps everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and engaged throughout the birding trip. The pace of our safari is suitable for avid birders and novices alike. 

By choosing to travel with ConQuest Adventures you are supporting the critical conservation work that drives our mission. We strive to highlight and invest in conservation initiatives in all the areas we go for birding tours, the trips help promote the protection of the birds, wildlife, and their habitats.  When booking a tour with ConQuest Adventures Ltd, it would be beneficial if you provide the following information: The type of quote required (e.g. Wildlife safari, Birding tour, Camping trip, Photography tour, a Day trip, Hire of our tour vehicles, or one of our Guide). Group composition, family, friends, birding club, or solo traveler). When booking a private tour and you would like to team up with other clients, it would also be helpful—your desired time of travel and approximate arrival and departure dates if possible. Places you yearn to visit, bird wish list if you have heard about a specific place that sounds interesting to you. You would like it included in your itinerary (or you can leave this to us and let us design a brilliant itinerary). Emphasize your special and particular interests in the order of precedence (e.g. wildlife, birding, and photography). Special requirements; like any special dietary requirements, any medical conditions you would like us to be aware of, wheelchair access.

Your contact details, if you provide the above information when making an inquiry or a booking with us, we will be able to get back to you, as soon as possible with suitable responses, itineraries, and costs without having to email you again to ask you for more information. The actual itineraries may differ slightly according to availability during booking time. Just so you know, we will try to respond to your question within 48 hours, depending on geographical time zones.

All visitors including infants and children who intend to travel to the Republic of Kenya must have an approved Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before the start of their journey.
